Can you explain how Jesus - in his hour of greatest weakness - conquered Satan, and how this helps u

with our weaknesses?

What does Christ's eternal triumph at Calvary say about Satan's fleeting triumph over Christ's physical body?

Can you explain how Jesus - in his hour of greatest weakness - conquered Satan, and how this helps us deal....noton

I believe God works in a way that is opposite of the world's way, for His ways are not our ways. :)

God loves to choose the weak things of the world to put to shame the things that are mighty. (1 Corinthians 1:27)

In the same way, God chose the most despised method of death - that is, death on the cross - to put to shame the enemies of the cross.

"But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery,

the hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages for our glory,

which none of the rulers of this age knew;

for had they known,

they would not have crucified the Lord of glory."

(1 Corinthians 2:7-8)

Satan and his minions had never expected to be defeated by Jesus, whom they deemed to be at His hour of greatest weakness, by His sufferings on the cross.

Indeed, the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God ... for Christ crucified is the power of God and the wisdom of God. Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men. (1 Corinthians 1:18; 23-25)
