I read Predicting the Future by Leo Howe et al and find it subtly annoying.
Did the West really has triumphed over the East?ktm
This kind of prediction is rather simplistic. China is famous for having people try to conquer them, only to absorb them into their vast society and they disappear. Today, the US is trying to dominate while going greatly into debt, largely to Eastern countries. Some Western economic practices and ideas have been internationally successful which makes the West appear stronger for a while, yet Asia has learned how to play the game and is rapidly either catching up or even passing the West. There are two different mind sets between the West and the East, but as time goes on our interpenetrating global economy is washing away our differences. To say that one has triumphed over the other simply doesn't seem to accurately describe the reality as it appears today.
Did the West really has triumphed over the East?nortan
no it did triumphed under western miscontrol. i am quoting from et al george bush grammar school wikepedia
Can you repeat that in English please?
I honestly have no idea of what you just said.
Since there are still major human rights violations conducted by these so called governments, yes, I do believe the west has triumphed and will continue to do so until people stop dissappearing, people stop blowing themselves up, and monks stop getting shot in the east.
