the theme for national history day project thingy is triumph and tragedy but i dont know what to do it on because the topic samples r really stupid. i prefer to stick to a specific person and i love music and wrestling. i cant think of anything that is triumph and tragedy to either subject. it has to be 25 years and older and has to be approved by my teacher. can anyone help me with ideas even if it isnt either of the 2 subjects?

Try to find something analogous from the past to present day. Show how history, sadly, has repeated itself but has also improved, 'triumphantly', on its past counterpoint. Perhaps you can find something in how Bush is running this war, hint, hint.
The Vietnam conflict (war) was over 25 years ago.
